Please, do NOT come here. Most of the rooms are at another building. The small stairs there are a nightmare, very narrow, old, and unreliable. It is almost impossible to get upstairs (let alone downstairs) with a suitcase. The hotel was in a great location and the price was okay. The staff is a real mess; they are absolutely unwilling to help the guests for even a minute. They sit on chairs at the reception all day. The staff’s behavior was unprofessional. We spoke to several people who had trouble getting upstairs or downstairs with a suitcase. The beds are uncomfortable,

I gave it 2 stars because of the location. My friends and I rented an apartment and it turned to be just one big room with a double bed (ok quality) and 2 single beds (really low quality, with the worst matress i have ever slept on). And the bathroom had a glass wall with door so everything was see through. In an apartment? The rooms are not isolated from the outside noise at all, so unless you want to go to sleep after 00:00 you need to deal with a lot of noise from the pubs downstairs and tourists passing by. The breakfast is pathetic, but it's "free" so whatever. Honestly, I would seriously avoid this hotel.

Very poor and concerning experience. AVOID IT. I booked and prepaid a room with a queen bed, but when I arrived the hotel could not provide the room type I had actually reserved. Instead, they tried to pass off a twin-bed room as an “upgrade”, which was clearly not equivalent to what I had booked and paid for. The receptionist was extremely dismissive and unhelpful throughout the situation. She kept insisting that the booking was non-refundable, even though the hotel had failed to provide the room that was confirmed in the reservation. It was impossible to have a reasonable conversation. The most serious issue was how my payment details were handled. My full bank card number and expiry date were written down on a paper registration form. When I asked for that document back, or at least asked to see the hotel’s policy for storing this information, I was refused. That was completely unacceptable and, for security reasons, I had to cancel my bank card immediately afterwards. During the dispute, Booking customer service also tried to contact the property, but the hotel was not cooperative. In the end, Booking refunded me and I had to book another hotel myself. This was not just a room problem — it was also a serious customer service and payment data security issue.

I had a flight at 9:00 am and it was freezing outside. I had a reservation and they turned me away because it wasn’t 2:00 yet. Not even offering to take my luggage to a secure location. So I as made to go outside in the cold with all my bags alone to try to find somewhere warm to go wait 5 hours

DON’T STAY HERE! They will try to scam tourists if you do not speak the language. Keep an eye out for this scam if you are a tourist. Although I had booked online and paid online when I arrive, the receptionist was very rude and unprofessional. She tried charging me $1000 cash as a deposit and $500 as a property tax. This immediately raised a red flag. 🚩 When the receptionist was changed I told the new receptionist about this issue and she was dismissive of these concerns and claim that the other lady was “deaf” and didn’t speak English when she was perfectly communicating with me the amount of money she wanted me to give her and how she wanted me to pay her. When I went up to the room it was extremely old and uncared for. There was no mattress just a mattress topper. The carpets were stain brown, and the floor creaked. We checked out the same day and book a different hotel, very unprofessional and a scam.
