Top Hotel Praha

I expected much more from a 4-star hotel, but unfortunately this felt closer to a 2-star guesthouse. I honestly think the hotel manager has never stayed here as a regular guest. If they spent just one night in one of the rooms and had breakfast like any customer, they would immediately understand why this hotel does not deserve its current rating. The power outlets are hidden under the bedside tables, the bathrooms still use old-fashioned shower curtains instead of modern glass screens, there is no kettle in the room, and even a single cup of hot water costs €2.20. The breakfast was also disappointing, with no hot milk and very limited hot food options. Although the hotel has a large property, it suffers from poor sound insulation, and having only two tiny elevators that can barely fit three people each creates unnecessary waiting times. On top of that, the location is quite far from the city center. This hotel has great potential, but because of these basic shortcomings it feels like a budget hotel rather than a true 4-star property.

The room was clean, spacious and very comfortable. We could easily have stayed for weeks. The hotel interior and restaurant were also amazing. The only downside was that the AC wasn’t working, so we used a fan instead. Highly recommended for the price!

The hotel is in a solid location—while it might not be the absolute best, there is a bus stop right outside that takes you directly to the city center. The rooms are very clean and tidy; the staff is friendly and they made up the room and changed the towels every day. The breakfast is varied and everything is served warm. Sound insulation is decent, and considering this is a tourist hotel where you don't spend too much time anyway, it is an excellent choice. The spa is quite nice, and you have everything you need in the immediate vicinity.

The Top Hotel was excellent, a truly great place to stay. It is quite a large complex, including two restaurants and other facilities. The breakfast was rich and varied, with plenty of options to choose from every day. The service was outstanding, with fresh towels provided daily and the bed neatly made each day. We stayed here during the XTV 9 Years With Us event and had a wonderful experience.

I went there for an event And I went to lobby for paying the parking ticket and the blonde lady (didn't get her name)directly said 5euros and created a scene and started shouting. The company should teach their employees how service industry is working
