Hotel is located near the ”Faust House” , in the walking distance of the historical centre of Prague, 5 minutes walking from the Charles Square (Karlovo namesti). The tram stop is situated just 30 m and metro stop Karlovo Namesti 300 m from the pension but you can also just walk. Distance from major attractions Wenceslas Square: 900m Old Town Square: 1.2km Charles Bridge: 1.3km Prague Castle: 2.5km

Great place to stay within walking distance of a lot of historical attractions and plenty of places to eat out at nearby too. Lovely old building and our room was a decent size. I was worried about older reviews saying that it is noisy from the trams outside but we had a room on the front and it was no problem! Staff were friendly, breakfast was good and rooms were clean. I would love to go back to Prague and would definitely stay there again.
I spent one night in that hotel. The building is very impressive ina quite area. It looks like a castle. Tram stop is across the street. There is a very nice chillax area outside. The room is not very special but it is everything you need inside and it has an enormously high ceiling. The bathroom is clean. The staff is very friendly and very kind. Furthermore very competent. The breakfast is good. There was a fan in the room so I suppose there is no AC, but I did not need it anyway when I was there. Would definitely come back to that lovely place.
I arrived and was standing on reception with suitcases around 30 minutes! So there is no 24 hours reception! The unpleasant curly lady receptionist came after my 20 minutes ringing at the bell. The breakfast was ok The wifi wasnt really Good Our room was quite small but cosy and comfortable Anyway it was quite noisy and Cold
We had a great time, the staff was very kind!! The room was big and spacious, prices were more than fair, and the staff even set my room with balloons and chocolates as a surprise for my birthday :) The location was great, I would definitely recommend staying there.
Had my booking canceled due to Covid -19 Hotel issued a voucher via an agency that was supposed to be valid 12 months, but they do not appear to have re-opened. They have not answered any of my emails
