We had an amazing stay at Boutique Hotel Seven Days and couldn’t be happier with our experience. We traveled with our 10-month-old baby, and the hotel made our family feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. The room was spotless, comfortable, and quiet, which was perfect for traveling with a baby. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always willing to help with anything we needed. Their kindness really made a difference. The location is excellent—close enough to walk to the main attractions while still being in a peaceful neighborhood. The breakfast was fresh, delicious, and offered plenty of choices. Thank you to everyone at Boutique Hotel Seven Days for making our first family trip to Prague so special. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city, especially families with young children.
I spent a weekend at this hotel and will gladly come again next time I visit Prague - great location, super super clean, cozy & spacious rooms (I had the superior room on 6th floor). Personally I found the mattresses pretty hard, but that’s certainly subject to individual preferences. Staff were always present and helpful.
We were so happy with this hotel. The rooms were spacious and very clean. They had a nice rooftop and the views were amazing! They also had a small courtyard for morning coffee. Wish we could have stayed longer.
I absolutely loved this charming boutique hotel in Prague! The location is unbeatable, as it’s situated in a very quiet street but incredibly close to the city center and the magical Christmas markets. It made our holiday so much easier and more special. The hotel itself is so cute and stylish, with a very cozy atmosphere that makes you feel at home. Another highlight was the breakfast: it was super complete, with a huge variety of fresh options and everything was delicious. If you are looking for a beautiful, well-located, and friendly place to stay in Prague, I highly recommend this gem. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit!
Very disappointing experience. the room was advertised with air conditioning, but the AC was not working you will hear the fans noise but no cooling so the room was warm. When I reported the issue to the reception, the staff member’s attitude was very unprofessional. Instead of showing understanding & urgency, she told me there was “no need to get upset” & asked me to wait, while the technician would only come later. I was also travelling with an injured leg and wearing a leg support, yet no assistance or basic consideration was offered. This lack of care was very disappointing. Because of the poor room condition & the unacceptable handling of my complaint, I had to book another hotel at around 9 PM the same night. I expected much better service and professionalism. I request the hotel management to review this situation and refund the amount paid.
