Hotel Roma

Great stay at the hotel Roma which is perfectly located next to Mala Strana, the Kampa area and 10 minutes away from Charles Bridge. Room was big enough and we overall had everything we expected for the very decent price we paid. AC was working well. Mattress could be better. Recommended hotel.

It’s an old hotel but it’s nice to get a day or two in a classic old hotel. If you’re with your family I recommend a more modern and casual stay but this was fine. Overall a mid hotel. Location was 10 minutes away from maybe every single attraction in Prague. It was a good hotel just not what I expected. Not bad but not good.

I stayed at this hotel alone during my trip to Prague and was very satisfied. The location is excellent; being in the Mala Strana area and within walking distance of major attractions and public transportation was a big advantage. My room was clean, comfortable, and very quiet. As a solo traveler, I felt both relaxed and safe. Housekeeping was regular and everything was well maintained. The staff were extremely kind and helpful. They assisted me with everything I needed and were always friendly. In terms of comfort and service quality, it exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay here again if I return to Prague. It truly deserves 5 stars.

Beautifully located, rooms match the pictures online and everything in the room works – what more could you want? Of course, it's not an absolute luxury hotel, but very solid for the price, and the staff in particular should be praised for their courteous and friendly manner. The only drawback in our room was that the seal on the shower partition was missing, which meant that water always splashed onto the floor when showering.

Tasty breakfast, good localisation, unfortunately hotel od very loud. Cleaning service behavior is very loud, it is not possibile to sleep in the morning. I propose management to spend one night and take conclusion what they should change.
