Outstanding Stay in the Heart of Prague! We had a fantastic stay at the Marriott Prague and would easily rate it 5 stars. The overall experience was seamless, comfortable, and highly enjoyable. What We Loved: Exceptional Concierge Service: A special mention goes to Veronika at the concierge desk. She helped us plan ahead for our trip and was amazingly accommodating, ensuring we made the most of our time in the city. Unbeatable Location: The hotel’s position is ideal—sitting right at the junction of Old Town, New Town, the Palladium shopping mall, and Wenceslas Square. Moving around the city couldn't have been easier. Spacious & Modern Rooms: Our room was large, spotlessly clean, and felt very modern and updated. Well-Equipped Gym: For anyone looking to keep up with their workout routine, the gym is surprisingly well-equipped compared to typical hotel setups. Solid Breakfast: The breakfast spread was good, offering a nice variety to kickstart the day. A Small Note for Improvement: We booked the Club Suite, assuming it automatically included Executive Lounge access. However, we were surprised to learn that it did not. After explaining our expectation to the team, they graciously provided us with club access, which we greatly appreciated—though we did feel the naming scheme ("Club Suite") is a bit misleading and could use clearer communication during the booking process. Overall, despite the minor naming confusion, the team’s willingness to make things right combined with the exceptional service, premier location, and great amenities make this a top-tier choice in Prague. We would gladly stay here again!
I have stayed at Marriott hotels in the last 30 years. This Marriott falls in my top 3 all time favorite. The location in Old town is great. The hotel is amazing with all its facilities, especially for Bonvoy Elite members. To top it off, it has one of the most helpful and service oriented staff I have ever experienced in any hotels, from front desk staff, hostess, supervisors and management. Great Kudos to an excellent service culture!!
I made a review in trip advisor.and its just same to this. We are so glad to booked our stay in marriott last month for 3 days with my family We are so happy the you have a staff in room service Mr.jm who helped my father in that morning to find the room we arethey staying. He helped my father untill they found the room and my mother is so happy to see like your staff who is kind and polite to help. And we alorder breakfast to be delivered to our room and he was so amazing to explain the food that we order and gave some recommendations.hoepfuly we will see Mr jm as we will be back soon in prague.and we know mr jm will succeed in his career. And he deserves to be appreciated .
We had a great experience at the Prague Marriott this June. The location is fantastic... we could easily walk to everything in the city center. The front desk was so welcoming and accommodating, and the housekeeping staff was phenomenal... friendly and efficient! And during the heat wave, I really appreciated the very cold and reliable AC in the room. We will definitely go back to the Prague Marriott! Highly recommend!
This was my first stay at Prague Marriott Hotel, and overall it was another very enjoyable experience. The location is excellent, within easy walking distance of the Old Town and many attractions. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean. We arrived quite late in the evening, and the hotel had already prepared the extra bed before our arrival, which was a thoughtful touch and much appreciated. As a Titanium Elite member, breakfast was served in the Executive Lounge. The selection was good and more than enough for a pleasant start to the day. It would be even better if elite members could also choose to have breakfast at Artisan Restaurant. The only issue happened on our last day when our room key needed to be renewed after late check-out. Unfortunately, it took several trips between the front desk and our room before the problem was solved. Thankfully, Yannick stepped in and renewed the key properly. He was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. Thanks to him, we were finally able to return to our room without any further issues. Apart from that small inconvenience, everything else was excellent. The lounge, swimming pool, fitness centre, and overall facilities were all very good. One final suggestion: the lobby chess set is a lovely touch and reflects Prague's rich chess culture. As a chess player myself, I noticed that a few original pieces have been replaced with another one. Perhaps it's time for a new chess set—it would make an already beautiful lobby look even more elegant. I would happily stay here again on my next visit to Prague.
