The hotel Leonardo is run by the Italian Margheri chain, who have done an excellent job of taking a charming, old historic building, renovating it completely, and providing every comfort a visitor could hope for.

Location

It would be hard to find a better location. Leonardo is central, and close to all the sights, near the river and a short walk from Charles Bridge and Legii Bridge with views of the castle and access to a pleasant island.

The hotel is located on Karoliny Světlé street in Prague's Old Town (Staré Město), within easy walking distance of both Charles Bridge and Old Town Square. The surrounding streets sit between the river and the square, putting the Jewish Quarter and the winding lanes around Bethlehem Chapel equally within reach on foot, making this a compact base for exploring the historic centre without relying on trams or the metro.

There are 50 rooms in total, some of which are apartments and executive suites.
