I stayed in the Ibis due to the location convenience. The room was a bit small but I liked the layout. It was easy to organize my stuff. I was alone but it may be tight for two people. There are not coffee tea amenities in the room. I was able to get hot water in the morning but I had to go down everyday to the restaurant. The check in was smooth but staff is indifferent. Otherwise it’s all about the location. It’s in the heart of old town and next to a big mall.

I’m satisfied with room condition, location, reception service. Location is walk distance from the historical centre. Just the opposite of the hotel is very nice local bar with life music. Personal on the reception is very nice and helpful. Room is very nice, comfortable, everything worked and in perfect condition. Only bathroom table under the sink was dirty or colored from some cosmetic from previous guest. It’s better to change it if it’s impossible to clean it. Also my room card stopped working two times during three day staying. Everything else was very good

I stayed at the hotel from April 28th to 30th, and I had a wonderful experience. The hotel is very well located — you can do almost everything on foot around the Old Town area. There are shops, restaurants, supermarkets, and right next door there is a huge shopping mall with every store you could imagine. Public transportation is practically at the hotel’s doorstep, and taxis and Uber are always available. The staff was extremely polite and welcoming. Petra handled my check-in and was very helpful, recommending great local restaurants with excellent prices. The breakfast was outstanding and very complete, with plenty of options. I highly recommend this hotel, and I will definitely stay there again.

I chose not the cheapest hotel. Pros: location, cleanliness, air conditioning (old system), free drinking water. Cons (there are a lot of them): there is no kettle in the room, mugs too, I've been to cheap hotels and they were always there, you can take hot water downstairs, they will give it in a disposable glass and you burn your hands, when you will try to bring it at the room. No small fridge as well, which is matter if you stay for a long. I asked for a fork - they gave you a dirty fork. There are no sockets near the bed, there is only one trash can in the toilet, there is no safe, which is like important, right? Very disappointed ibis. True, not the cheapest hotel and such conditions. Think about it. It’s just my review after 4 hours arrived. Hopefully I won’t be further disappointed 🫠 Update: breakfast very very very good 9/10 -1star because the omelet was not cooked well, it is impossible to drink coffee, I tried it in two machines, very bad coffee

The location was perfect right on the centre, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. But I had problems with the facilities of the hotel itself. First of all the magnetic cards system needs rework, it worked terribly I had to try reading it so many times until it worked in the rooms and the elevator, the amount of times the elevator went down because it didn't read my card was almost anytime there was someone else at the elevator. There were no power outlets near the bed, I had to use a power bank while I was in the room. The shower had a terrible smell, and the water pressure of the shower and the sink was low. Although again, the location was so good, after staying at a few ibis hotels I had great experience. I didn't expect those conditions when coming to ibis, especially for that price.
