First I should say that I like my stay because of the ambience of the hotel, and how old it was. There were three different rooms as lobby, like old living rooms. There was an electric kettle and a microwave oven anyone could use in the lobby. The breakfast rooms were also nicely decorated, and the breakfast was good. The hotel is located in a street with many shops with local brands which have reasonable price, and a tram stop is just nearby. My room was so small, and the internet quality was so bad that I used my mobile data all time. And my mattress was so loose I could not sleep properly.

Would only recommend this hotel if you can't afford elsewhere. From arrival I was greeted by the receptionist with blond hair and glasses. There was a misunderstanding over the fee for the parking and instead of explaining the issue she was straight on the defence being quite aggressive and rude. Im not surprised to see others commenting on her rudeness in other reviews. Next issue was the room. We paid a little extra for the room that was described to have a "sitting area" thinking that we would have a little more space for our 3 night stay. Well the room was so small only one side of the bed got a bedside table and there wasn't even enough space to open both our suitcases at the same time. To combat the space issue we placed some luggage on top of the cupboard only to be showered in years of dust build up when we took it back down again. If you are a larger person good luck getting into the shower through the 30cm gap that is there for entry and once inside it is so small you will strain your neck if you want to bend over and wash your feet. The window overlooking the loading dock of the nearby supermarket allows you to be clouded in smoke whenever the staff have a cigarette and you will enjoy the evening staff meeting where they talk loudly at the end of shift until midnight most nights. Next you will be woken at 6am when the first deliveries arrive and you will hear the sounds of trucks unloading stock and delivery people shouting for the next three hours. The bed is very uncomfortable and super noisy so every time you move your partner wakes up. We joked it was made from pallets. The mattress is thin and some of the springs were popped. In addition to this the power sockets were falling off the wall right at where your head is when you sleep. Someone is going to be electrocuted or their bed caught on fire while they sleep in this hotel. The location is good and just a short train ride to the city. Local restaurants are all good too.

Hotel Geo is a hotel I will not forget when I depart for Australia tomorrow. Alexandra and Ana, the main staff and management team are professional, accommodating but most of all - human. I was well taken care of with room selections , service and daily assistance during my stay. I highly recommend the hotel first for the staff and management. I don’t speak Czech but all staff speak and understand English. The rest of the staff daily do their housekeeping daily and are friendly. The hotel has a “home” feel, located 10 mins from Atrium Flora shopping mall and a 10 min tram ride to the museum. Albert supermarket is around the corner and local restaurants and cafes within walking distance , 360. Thank you all

Cheap but nice hotel with kind and competent staff. Parking is very convenient and seems save in the backyard of the hotel which is locked at night. The inner city is reachable by tram or on foot in a short manner. Great for a cheap stay in Prag with friends or Family.

Great for just sleeping in after long day in the city. Room was clean and well lit . Rooms have private bathroom however shower is really small, bigger person might have issues getting in. In the end, for the price more than reasonable. If you're staying in definatelly visit U Telerru nearby to eat and Coffee Corner Bakery for great coffee and breakfast.
