Hotel Duo

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at this hotel. The property is beautiful, clean, and perfectly located, but what truly made our stay special was the exceptional service. A huge, heartfelt thank you to Salih! From the moment we arrived, he went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. His warm hospitality, professionalism, and genuine kindness truly stood out. He paid attention to every little detail and made sure we had everything we needed. The wonderful staff, especially Salih, is the reason we will definitely return and recommend this hotel to everyone. Thank you for making our trip so memorable!

Very nice hote 👌🏼 this hotel was combinet with our tickets to festival- near by to small airport - and we booked few days extra because - we liked. Very good comfortable location- with public transport very easy to reach any spot 😊 metro and the bus near by - few min walking distance. And hotel have sauna, with swimming pool. Sauna big and few tipes - swimming pool big as well. Terrass - big - with reall music in the evenings - and as well drinks outside ( open untill 22:00) Very cozy terass. Posible Gym. Big restorant, food serving very quick - we was surprised. Because we saw around many many people groups , and expected longer wait - but even longer wait be not boring- because also inside was playing music - i believe even some people was sing karaoke. But atmosphere was so nice - on dance pool- was many people. Everyone on relax - end friendly. Personal all - very friendly and attentional. We very liked all around. Thank you - and we will back again ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️👌🏼

Thank you very much for the warm welcome. The room was clean, comfortable and beautiful, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We would like to thank Pedro for his positive and hospitable attitude. We had a wonderful stay, and we will definitely visit again. We recommend this hotel to everyone. Great hotel, clean rooms, excellent service and very kind staff. Everything was organized to a high standard.

I expected a lot more for this price. Rooms and furniture are outdated, like you are in the Soviet union, there were some stains on the sofa and carpet. What's worse, hotel staff didn't answer any of my requests. One time I kindly asked for an iron, and had to call reception 3 times, every time the answer was "Coming in 2 minutes". After 1 hour I had to leave and didn't get the iron anyway. The bathroom soap can was empty when we got there. I asked the reception to change it, guess what, it didn't get changed and I grew tired of asking for anything. That's the first time I have felt so neglected in a hotel. And all that for the price of around 120 euro per night. For me that's a steal and I expect a lot more for the money. Definitely you can find something better for this price. The only good thing was the food, and the close location to the metro, that's why I'm giving 2 stars and not 1. Hope hotel staff sees this and makes some adjustments to the service.

I had a great experience at hotel Duo and am very happy that chose this hotel for my first trip to beautiful Prague. I found out that this hotel has a very professional management especially Mr. Pedro who feels responsibility. All people working at the hotel are very good and hard working. When I met Mr. SALIH as a very polite and knowledgeable man at the reception desk I was impressed by his kindness and sense of helpfulness and responsibility, very active and problem solver. He solved my problem with tour company thoughtfully, fast and effective. Congratulations to Duo top management for having such colleagues like Mr. SALIH.
