The location of the hotel is excellent – very close to the center of Prague and the main attractions. The room and the overall equipment of the hotel are also very good. Everything was clean, comfortable and well organized, and in general we had a pleasant stay. However, we had a significant issue regarding the parking. We were traveling by car and chose this hotel mainly because it stated on Booking that the hotel has a private parking. Unfortunately, it was not clearly visible that the parking must be reserved in advance. When we arrived, the hotel is located almost in the city center where access by car is already difficult, and while trying to find the entrance we even damaged a tire. At the reception we were told rather coldly that the parking had to be reserved, without much effort to help us find a solution as hotel guests. Fortunately, one young woman at the reception (I believe she was Bulgarian) tried to communicate with us and was very helpful. She showed us an app used in Prague to reserve parking and helped us a lot. In the end we had to park the car at another hotel. The receptionist there was extremely helpful – he even called several tire repair services and helped us organize the repair of our damaged tire. For this reason, my personal impression is that the reception staff in this hotel could be friendlier and more helpful to their guests, especially when they face unexpected problems in a city they do not know.
We stayed for 5 nights as a couple with a 1-year-old baby and had a great experience. The room was very clean and well-equipped, with a kettle, tea/coffee, and a small fridge (very useful when traveling with a baby). We've been provided with a wooden(!) crib with a perfect mattress for our baby. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious with a slightly elevated bathtub, which was practical for our child. Hot water and heating were excellent 24/7. Breakfast had everything you need, with small daily variations and a good selection of coffee, tea, and juices. Something that worth's a mention is that they have a high chair for kids to enjoy the breakfast. Staff was constantly cleaning the tables and replenish whatever was finished. The highlight for us was the staff — genuinely friendly, kind, and always smiling. Everyone made us feel welcome, including our baby. A special thank you to Hani at the reception, who truly stood out. From the very first moment, he was exceptionally professional, warm, and attentive. Despite handling multiple arrivals at the same time, he remained calm, organized, and incredibly efficient — our check-in was fast, smooth, and perfectly handled. What impressed us most was his attitude: always smiling, approachable, and genuinely willing to help. He gave us useful tips about the city, paid attention to details, and consistently maintained a high level of service every time we saw him. It’s rare to meet someone so well-trained who also clearly enjoys what he does — he made a real difference in our stay. Highly recommended, especially for families.
there were 2 sports events; prague ½ marathon; and soccer between republic of ireland and czechia when we arrived that week. the location of the hotel is about 10 minutes from central train station and 19 minutes to old town. it's a clean room facing courtyard, with spacious bathroom. i think we got the room that still use the old carpet; red carpet with scorch mark. the room is too warm for our taste even after setting the temp to 15°, so we had to open the window at night. the safe deposit box is too small to put your laptop or ipad. there is no security door lock like most hotels we visited, so i use a chair and luggage before going to sleep. the 1st night we stayed, someone from the receptionist called at 10:30PM demanded us to give the schengen visa number. they had our passports before we check in. why it can not wait until morning?
Hotel rooms were clean and comfortable. Not old not new in the mid level for the rooms . I like breakfast a lot with rise , different meats and cakes it was more than enough comparing other european countries. By the way we were here to stay for 3 days for new year . We have fun in praque . The wheather was so cold , we have to walk 15 minutes to the celebration areas or for touristic places . So the location less than 0 degrees and strong wind is not good if you want to walk this is the reaaon of 4 star . As an easy step you can take uber it costs 300-200 CZK . It is worth to stay in that hotel for breakfast . The cakes all are hot enough and fresh .
The room was nicely designed and the bathroom was modern. Breakfast was good as well. Unfortunately, the room was far too hot to sleep. We were told the temperature was 22°C, but it was clearly much warmer. Although there was an air conditioning unit, it was not working. This is not acceptable for a 4-star hotel, especially considering the very high prices over New Year’s Eve, where we paid almost three times the regular rate. Overall, the value for money was disappointing.
