I stayed here recently for my visit to Prague and was very happy I choose this hotel. They had me on the top floor of the hotel (not much of a window view from my room) and it was very nice and clean. It was a nice large room, large comfortable bed, desk, everything as expected for a hotel room. There is always someone at the front desk, so, no matter what time you arrive, you are going to be greeted by someone. I actually did not know when I booked my room, however, it included a breakfast and it was a nice touch. They had a nice selection of pastries, hot / cold food, and multiple types of beverages (juices, coffee / tea, I think milk as well). The servers all had a smile to greet you in the morning and it was a nice way to start the day for my stay in Prague. The location of the hotel was at the top of a hill beside Prague Castle and was centralized to most of the sites, and the only reason I did not give it a 5 star was after a long day of wandering around Prague, that hill can be daunting! There is a nice little restaurant on the main floor of the hotel that served some really nice local cuisine and the service was super friendly. I was happy to have used their laundry service at the end of my stay there and they were very prompt in getting my items back to me before my check-out. There were many things close by to discover and I would totally recommend this hotel.

If I could give Malika more than 5 stars, I would. From the moment we met, her kindness, professionalism, and genuine care stood out. What impressed me most was not just her knowledge and expertise, but the way she made every interaction feel personal and meaningful. She has a rare gift for making people feel valued, comfortable, and truly cared for. Malik goes above and beyond in every way, with an attention to detail and level of service that is increasingly hard to find. Her positive energy, integrity, and dedication are unforgettable. She is the kind of person who leaves a lasting impression long after the experience is over. I cannot recommend Malik highly enough. She is truly exceptional and an absolute credit to her profession.

Best view of prague in my opinion. Great breakfast variety from yoghurt to sausages to sweat breads. Recommended to go to the breakfast around 7-8am. 8-10am is a more busy time. Rooms get cleaned every day, or you can put the hanger on the door to only do the bins if you want to keep the bed sheets untouched. Same for towels, keep the on the rack tk reuse them, or put them on the floor to have them replaced. The staff is verg kind and, and 24/7 present at the reception for any questions. The rooms are spacious and have a TV, minibar, coffee (which is free, and gets refilled daily). Bathroom floor is heated, and you get a extra hand shower. The room has got radiators and AC, along with double windows which you can fully open or close. It's a relatively quiet area at night. Overall a great experience!

We recently stayed in this BEAUTIFUL hotel whilst we visited Prague. To say we were blown away by our room is an understatement. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated and beyond what we could have ever expected. The staff were also incredibly friendly and helpful too. Would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for somewhere to stay. It’s also only a 5 minute walk to Prague castle. Would 1000% come and stay again.
