Ok we have been to Eurostars for the past 15 years, this is the first time to DISAPPOINT. The front staff do not comprehend English very well. Major problem with housekeeping and even the staff receptionists on different days tried to communicate with them. House keeping is TERRIBLE. Nothing cleaned. Not enough towels. No water depleted. No coffee pods depleted. Didn’t refill the shampoo and hand soap that we had to have maintenance come into our room for 30 mins trying to figure out how to change it and sort of invading our privacy as a family. They didn’t care one bit to make your stay comfortable. The receptionist tried but their statements to me is that a lot of people are complaining about housekeeping. Please change them! This is a major deal breaker for a premium hotel. Ok we have been to Eurostars for the past 15 years, this is the first time to DISAPPOINT. The front staff do not comprehend English very well. Great room for the price, modern with no tired edges. Extremely clean! Bath tub was large with detachable shower head. Coffee pod machine in room. Dressing gowns and slippers provided. We had a room facing a car park/back entrance, zero noise from outside or other rooms. Location is great near the start of a busy high street. Staff very nice although we had little interaction or need for their help. Highly recommend. Would return.

We stayed here for 5D4N and the service was top notch - the first night we got a room without a bath, when we called the reception requesting for a room without bath, they weren’t hesitant to sort that out for us and changed the room the next morning. Reception always friendly and helpful, location wise is very central to all attractions. With this price, we would definitely recommend booking with this hotel and will definitely be back - prague has been good overall!

Excellent stay in the heart of Prague. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it. The service was excellent from start to finish—staff were friendly, professional, and always happy to help with recommendations or requests. The location is a major highlight. Situated right in Prague’s city centre, it’s within easy walking distance of many major attractions, restaurants, shops, and public transport. We were able to explore most of the city on foot, which made our trip even more enjoyable. The hotel itself was comfortable and well-maintained, providing a great place to relax after a day of sightseeing. Overall, a great combination of quality service, comfort, and an unbeatable location. We would definitely stay here again.

This hotel offers a prime location combined with a classic and elegant aesthetic. The common areas provide a cozy atmosphere, especially the well-decorated library that invites relaxation. However, the hallways and rooms might feel a bit dim or austere, which may not appeal to everyone. The service is polite and attentive, but some aspects, such as maintenance and soundproofing, could be improved. Cleanliness is decent, and common areas are well-kept. The breakfast selection is varied enough, though nothing particularly outstanding. The hotel’s biggest advantage is its location—just minutes away from Prague’s main attractions, making it a convenient choice for exploring the city without relying too much on transportation. A solid option for those looking for a classic and functional stay in the city center.
