Older rooms but great beds! You’ll get some great sleep here. Bartender is a nice guy. Frontoffice experience could be improved during checkin. Pickup/dropoff service is very nice. Location is good, 12minute walk to old town centre
Basic rooms but clean, mini fridge in room and coffee facilities. Beds very comfy but our 'double' was 2 singles pushed up against each other which moved all the time due to tiled floor so we did have to accept we were just having a single bed each. Staff were pleasant and they were more than happy to store our luggage after checkout, free of charge, as our flight wasn't until later in the evening.
The room is very big and spacious, clean with big Windows. Although the room is facing the road, zero noise due to double window placing. All service members are very nice. There breakfast buffet is very nice too! Oh and not to forget, Prosecco is complimentary
This was a great hotel for the price. It's located in the new town, a bit away from the tourist hustle and bustle of the old town. There are plenty of nice restaurants just a short walk away and in two minutes you're at the Vltava river. Our room was very spacious and clean. In particular I appreciated the stone tiling on the floor, instead of some ugly carpet. We had breakfast included in our booking and it was very varied with plenty of hot and cold choices. The next time I'm in Prague I'd definitely book this hotel again.
It is in a very good location, the staff is kind and helpful, very good breakfast (not anything special) with plenty of choices. The rooms are clean but I would like choices in the type of pillow, the air conditioners need maintenance and the rooms (at least the ones we stayed in) need an aesthetic upgrade.
