At The Three Storks

Giuseppi was awesome at the front desk. He made us feel like family to him. The free upgraded room definitely helped and was awesome. As well Giuseppi was able to get us an early check in which was amazing after a red eye flight. The staff in general were amazing always greeting us and asking if we needed anything when we entered. The breakfast was good and the central location in lesser town made this an awesome stay. I couldn’t recommend this spot enough for anyone visiting Prague. You have a bus/tram stop right next to the hotel as well making it easy to get anywhere in the city. It was right next to the castle as well with our room offering a view of it at all times. Charles Bridge is only a two minute walk away and that allows you to get to Old Town easily. Awesome spot and great staff.

A very good hotel for anyone visiting Prague. It is centrally located in Malá Strana, only about a 10-minute walk from Charles Bridge, yet situated in a calm and quiet part of the city with charming small streets. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was fine: not spectacular, but definitely more than sufficient. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a modern bathroom. The shower felt a little outdated, but it was still perfectly acceptable. Overall, a pleasant and well-located hotel that I would recommend for a stay in Prague.

We stayed in 3 hotels during our time in Czechia/Prague and this was easily the best. Location in Lesser Town is so close to the city centre but it's amazingly quiet and relaxed. Rooms are excellent value for money, spacious and comfortable. A massive shout out to the staff who were brilliant, welcoming and helpful throughout. A broken hairdryer was replaced within 5 minutes, and a request for an iron was solved even faster. We were greeted with a welcome drink and our room had a few nice, thoughtful touches for our anniversary which was just great. Can't recommend Three Storks enough - they really helped make our stay in Prague extra lovely.

The room itself (25) was a good size and nice and quiet at night. The bathroom was also a good size and the shower had good water pressure. The room was way too warm and despite speaking with reception twice it couldn’t be sorted. We were told the air con doesn’t kick in until some time in May. We were advised to leave the windows and door open which isn’t great for security. The breakfast wasn’t worth the cost. The cooked food was overcooked, weird options such as green beans for breakfast were available and warm at best. The bread was hard but there were other good bakery options. The hotel itself was well located for attractions such as the castle and was close to the metro for getting around.

Staff are really nice… so I would recommend this hotel… but this is definitely not a 5 star hotel. At best 4 star. My room was dark, and I wasn’t able to sleep past 6am because I can hear loud banging noises of them I guess setting up breakfast every day? Due to this I gave 4 star review. I can also hear all the noises coming from the lobby as well…. I can hear when a door opens in the hallway… and the windows are from the hallway - this room has very little privacy. It’s built in a loft shape and they gave me the room which has zero noise privacy. So just check room 16 is not ideal but it’s still a nice room overall…
