My experience with this hotel was the worst in Prague. The staff's treatment was terrible. I had booked the top room, but upon arrival, I found a very cramped and awful room with no working air conditioning, a terrible view, and it was unclean, untidy, and the bed was awful. When I asked to change rooms, they refused, claiming it was the top room in the hotel. They refused to give me money or change rooms. Their treatment of customers was the worst; they were uncooperative and disrespectful. I waited until the next day for a change, but it didn't happen. On the third day, after arguing about not being able to sleep without air conditioning, they finally changed rooms. I discovered they have good rooms available, but they give the worst ones to Booking.com. A terrible experience that I will never repeat, and I don't recommend it to anyone in Prague. I absolutely do not recommend it to anyone.

Great hotel, close to center of the city. Liked the terrace on the roof. Delicious breakfast. Prices were ok.

The Amarilis Hotel was a pleasant stay. The room was clean and well-maintained, with housekeeping doing an excellent job of keeping it fresh each day. The bed was very comfortable, ensuring a good night’s rest. I especially enjoyed the morning breakfast—it was a great way to start the day. The hotel’s location is another highlight, as it’s close to the center of Prague, making it convenient for sightseeing and exploring the city. Overall, it had everything I needed for a comfortable and enjoyable vacation.

I stayed in hotel beginning of December Christmas period. Amazing Spot in the heart of center of Prague, great prices, clean, grest breakfast and the most kind and nice staff especially the manager Zdenek. He was so helpful and kind. I recommend it to everyone.

We stayed there for our Easter holidays and in short: it was a very pleasent stay. Yes, the rooms could do with an update, but they are roomy and clean, so nothing to complain about. Breakfast was good as well. Plenty of choice for the three days we stayed. The last day we even received a breakfast 'bag' because we had to take the plane back on an early hour. It was well stocked with fruit, sandwiches, etc. The staff was excellent. Very helpfull with getting us a cab for the early trip to the airport (and not expensive at all). Spoke English very well and were always polite. A real asset for the hotel. Location wise: just walk to end of the street and you are at the start of the shopping area. We did 95% of our city exploring on foot which is the ideal way of getting to know Prague. All in all a super hotel!!
