The Italian Residence has been created by a group of Italian entrepreneurs, restoring and expanding a period building dating back to the early 1900s.

Location

The Residence is located close to the center of Prague (just 15 min. walk) in the Prague/3 district, Zizkov. The residence is easily accessible with public transportation: there is a tram stop located 150 meters away. There is also a large covered public car park in the neighborhood. Rooms

The residence, made up of 26 apartments, is managed directly by the owners and offers hotel-grade services. All the comforts and convenience of a rented apartment at a cost significantly lower thanthat of any hotel in Prague. Brand new apartments, modern furnishings and the same comfort you'd find in your home. The apartments are spacious (approx. 70-80 square meters) and each has its own entrance, kitchen, two large bedrooms, private bathroom and independent heating. Price includes breakfast. Children under the age of 6 stay free of charge with adults. Children between the age of 6-12 stay at 50% of an adult Prices.
