Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know before booking
Here are the questions visitors ask most often about Prague hotels and travel.
Do I have to pay in advance?
How can I pay for my reservation?
Is my booking guaranteed?
How do I make changes to an existing booking?
Email us as soon as you can. Last-minute changes aren't always possible, and amendment charges may apply (see below). The date we receive your written change is the date the change takes effect.
From confirmation up to 72 hours later: 15% of the total amount charged.
After 72 hours and until 3 days before arrival: 15% of the total amount charged.
Within 3 days of arrival: 15% of the total or the price of one full night — whichever is greater, and subject to availability.
No amendment fee applies when both rooms and nights increase, or when one increases and the other stays the same. Guest name changes are subject to availability.
What happens if I need to cancel?
Cancellations must be sent in writing — either via our website or by email. The date we receive the written notice is the cancellation date.
The same scale as amendments applies: 15% within 72 hours of confirmation, 15% from then until 3 days before arrival, and 15% (or one night's stay, whichever is greater) within 3 days of arrival. If you don't show up or leave early, you'll be charged for the next 24 hours' accommodation from when we receive your notice.
Cancellations notified directly to the hotel are not effective — they must come through us.
