We are interrailing and spent 2 nights in Prague at the Harmony hotel. The stay was excellent. Our room was clean and comfortable. There is no air.conditioning but a fan was provided and this did the job. I want to especially mention the reception staff especially Martina who took exceptional care of us, she booked a taxi to the train station for us and organised that a packed breakfast would be ready for us to take to the train as our depature was 6.40 Breakfast at the Harmony is good and the tram stop outside the hotel is very convenient. 10 out 10 for Harmony.

We had an overall very good stay at this hotel. The location is excellent – almost everything is within walking distance, which made exploring the city very easy and convenient. The hotel is clean, well-maintained, and properly equipped according to its star rating. Everything met our expectations in that regard. The breakfast was especially impressive: high quality, fresh, very tasty, and with a good selection. There are a few downsides worth mentioning. The rooms do not have air conditioning, which can be a serious issue during summer. Street noise is quite loud, especially with the windows open, making it difficult to sleep well. Without AC and with significant outside noise, restful sleep can be challenging. Another inconvenience was that the cleaning staff sometimes occupied the elevator with their carts, making the lift unavailable. Because of this, we occasionally had to use the stairs for several floors, which was not ideal. Overall, we had a very positive experience thanks to the great location, cleanliness, and excellent breakfast. Improving ventilation, noise insulation, and elevator accessibility would make the stay even better.

Rooms are spacious and it was good to have a refrigerator. Great location too. The room smelled very funky though. Indescribable scent, like a mixture of fast food and sweat. The hotel was also very loud. I'm not a very light sleeper but regardless was woken up multiple times at various points throughout the night, and then again in the morning by the cleaning staff slamming doors and speaking loudly next door. Considering I was in the room for a total of 10 hours, essentially only to sleep, this was pretty annoying.

Decent room size, clean, comfortable bed, amazing location (old town is barely a 10 minute walk), noisy (my window was on the street with the tram and it has absolutely no sound proofing) The breakfast is just OK.

This hotel was really lovely! I arrived for one night to attend two concerts on a Sunday and on a Monday. The location was spot-on: almost everything I wanted to see was in a short walking distance, and there were some great shops and restaurants as well! The lady at the reception desk was really kind and helpful! We had a nice chat about Hungary, and she actually recommended me some sights to visit, which I'm really grateful for (I loved the TV tower)! I arrived alone, so I had a one-bed room, which was perfect. I had a fan, a little fridge, a nice and clean bathroom, and a great bed! I had a really comfortable sleep, and the breakfast in the morning was also tasty and filling! I'd like to come back to Prague and will definitely choose this place again to stay in!
