Hotel Globus

Perfect service! Receptionist Natalie made our time comfortable and wonderful. She worked professionally, quickly, and provided excellent service. The atmosphere upon arrival was warm and welcoming. We had a pleasant conversation about places to visit, and she gave us great local recommendations on how to spend our time. She even helped the kids enjoy the game room with the arcade machines and prepared refreshing drinks for us. The lobby also has a beautiful souvenir shop. Overall, the service during the night shift was very professional.

Good and decent rooms . Good for overnight stay. Basic ameneties like bottled water , snacks available near reception (self checkout counter-cashless card payment ) Parking over night is 4€ Morning breakfast is provided . Normal buffet breakfast with scrambled eggs , breads, sausages, muesli , etc

Cute hotel but someone definitely stole some stuff from our bags. The cleaning person moved some stuff around to places were we had trouble finding them . Items were stolen and things went missing. Money and wallets. Take care of your stuff and keep them safe!

I stayed here for three nights with my class, and in this time two things got stolen, one wallet and 20€. Also the cleaning service came into my room and cleaned everything even though I had the „do not disturb” sign hanging. If you want to stay here keep an eye on your things.

Came via a tourist agency. They gave us paperwork to fill in for the hotel containing the expected information: name and surname, duration of stay, pass. number etc. I have two passports and included both in the paperwork just in case. Usually this is never an issue for receptionists who check what is written and given to them properly. The receptionist at Hotel Globus didn’t however. They gave us a four bedroom room instead of three, because the receptionist couldn’t bother counting the paperwork that actually tells them the number of people staying. They ended up kicking us out of the room whilst I was mid shower. The room itself wasn’t fully clean, the light was hanging by a wire, the bathroom door was peeling, the water pressure weak and the bed sheets smelled like feet. The food was solid.
