Hotel Atos

The rooms are a littel out dated but the bathroom is gorgous. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms are clean. The breakfast is very delicous and has a few dayly changing options. The location is good and Bad at the Same. Its good in the day. The Tram is just a few feet away and you can easily walk into the City centre. But exactly that is also the contra. Because the Tram also drives at night and the early morning hours. So best bring ear plugs. At least when you want to sleep with an open window. The receptionists were very nice (all that we met) espacially the night Auditor (i guess he is one. Because he always had the night shift during our stay) All in all. Its a comfortable and relativley cheap hotel in the middle of prague so its totally ok.

The hotel is nice and the entrance is very appealing. Location is quite good and you are one tram line to the city center. Breakfast is amazing. They don’t have double beds, they put together 2 beds, not that comfy. Now the bad sides. I booked over Booking dot com two double bed rooms without view. On the pictures on that platform as well on their web site the room is depicted as it were in the attic. We got rooms in basement! They didn’t want to change the rooms although there were some available at the moment of our checking in. Moreover last night there was a party in the lobby right above our rooms (701-702). We called the receptionist at 00:30 but to now avail. The party lasted until 02:30 and we couldn’t sleep. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel and they don’t care about their guests at all.

We were pleasantly suprised with this hotel! Great service and rooms were nice enough! Had no complaints. We visited during a heat wave and we were placed on the 6th floor with aircon. But they had fans avaliable for those on lower floors.

This place is GARBAGE! Rude front desk employee and unbearably hot room in the summer! Absolutely Nothing. The person at the desk is the most incompetent person I have ever seen. Rude and disrespectful. Disgusting. Terrible service. Awful customer service. No air conditioning in the rooms. Be aware before booking. I even had to buy a thermometer to document how unbelievably hot the room was. I’ve never experienced anything like this at any hotel. Before I even arrived, the employee at the front desk was sending me messages saying he would cancel my reservation. His behavior was completely inappropriate and unprofessional. I believe this situation warrants investigation, and I intend to pursue all available legal remedies. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. Update: the 5th floor rooms have tiny windows are very dark inside and there’s no wall insulation so you can hear neighbours talk. Quite a difference from lower positioned room that are more light, quiet and more welcoming. An excellent choice in off peak season where the price vs quality and location outshines many other options in Prague. Situated at the base of Petrin hill and a few minutes walk to Charle Bridge and the river Vltava. The breakfast is included in price which adds value. The WiFi is decent even when you work. It’s a beautiful historical house 1880s-1920s, with a stucco, tall ceilings and ornaments to marvel.
