Exceptional service from start to finish. We arrived well before noon, even though check-in wasn’t until 2 PM, and the hotel kindly allowed us to check in early, which we really appreciated after our trip. They also let us store our luggage after checkout, making it easy to continue exploring the city. The room was surprisingly spacious, very clean, and comfortable. The location is excellent—close to everything we wanted to see and do. Breakfast was also very good, with plenty of options. I especially loved the warm flapjacks each morning. Overall, a fantastic stay, and I would gladly stay here again.
Great customer service, perfect location and clean rooms. Highlight : front desk super nice and friendly. Dina was very sweet. One thing I would suggest would be to turn heaters on for arriving guests. I got in my room at 8pm and it didn't get warm until after midnight since I had to turn the heater on myself.
Great location on Wenceslas Square, perfect for a city break to explore Prague. Less than 10 minutes walk to Charles Bridge or the astronomical clock. Plenty of coffee shops, bars and restaurants nearby. Clean and comfortable rooms with air conditioning. Buffet style breakfast with a good selection of fresh hot and cold food and drinks.
The hotel room is very clean. The location is perfect because its in the middle of Wenceslas square and the service is really good the staff here are very kind and polite. Recommend for who's looking for a hotel which near everywhere and its all walking distance from the hotel.
Radka at the front desk was absolutely exceptional throughout my stay. Her communication was professional, warm, and incredibly helpful. During my stay, Radka went above and beyond by recommending excellent local restaurants and traditional Czech food spots that truly enhanced my experience in Prague. Every recommendation was fantastic and gave me the chance to enjoy authentic cuisine and discover places I would never have found on my own.
