This original baroque building is now a newly reconstructed hotel. It is situated right in the very historic centre of Prague on the picturesque Smalltown Side (Malá Strana); located at the end of the famous Nerudova street and thus lies right under the medieval Prague Castle (Hradain). Location:
Due to its first class location the hotel's guests basically don't need to use public transportation. The majority of the famous Prague monuments are within walking distance.
Nevertheless the Hotel U Zlatého Kola can easily be reached by tram, stop 'Malostranké námestí' at the Smallside Square from any part of the city. Or simply take the subway line A to station "Malostranská" (about 5 minutes walk from the hotel).
Room Description:
The hotel's 17 luxurious rooms are individually designed with much care and offer a very cosy atmosphere. Inside the rooms you can admire original, romantic, baroque handpainted wooden or stucco ceilings. All rooms are equipped with with air-conditioning, SAT-TV, minibar, hair-dryer, telephone, internet access and an in-room safe.
